Tim Hortons resists: “we’re all in this together” messaging.

 

To say thank you to front-line workers during the pandemic and further ingrain the Tim’s brand in the community,  we took action while other brands were just sharing messages of support. 

We showed up with free Tim’s in unexpected ways—like the first-ever “Truck Thru” so bus drivers could roll up to the drive-thru or by surprising volunteers with a Tim’s ordering speaker that mysteriously showed up at the Food Bank. We captured these priceless reactions and turned them into fun stories shared online.
